Yup - can relate to those although for me my signs/symptoms predominantly sit in the emotional and behavioural categories :face_with_rolling_eyes:

its hard for me to distinguish between burnout and my usual mental health stuff but right now im mostly feeling it in the physical side of things with the overall tiredness and lethargy, and im actually sleeping more which is unusal for me and just have the bleh type feeling...
