The symptoms seem to appear in a cumulative slow creep way so they are almost imperceptable and then all of a sudden you get into a zone of complete overwhelm etc. That's how it was for me.

A lot of people seem to relate to the emotional side - with a bit of the behavioural and physical.
I agree with you @Janna - this stuff can creep up on us. Which is why we often find ourselves at a 5 before we even notice the symptoms!
That's a great observation @outlander about whether it's "usual" mental health stuff or burnout. They are connected in that it impacts you MH in a negative way, but also unrelated in the way you can manage it.
Must be a bit of a tricky one for you going from no sleep to too much sleep!
Were there any symptoms that I missed?

I think the burnout is related to how good or bad the person with the MI is travelling as well. Almost reflective of their state in some ways.

Welcome @Former-Member - sounds like this discussion might be a good one for you at the moment.
Do you relate to any of the symptoms I outlined?
