Probably where I am the most creative is in the garden, designing our new gardens each time we have moved has brought me joy. It is good for my mental health as it gets me out the house and improves our environment and I can share excess plants and produce. Renovating and decorating our home also gives opportunity for creativity.

Thank you everyone for sharing the different ways you engage in creative expression!
So great to hear how engaging in these processes have helped you and/or your loved ones "to find the light in darkness", as @Maggie has said so well 🌻
What are some of the challenges you have faced when starting the process of expressing your creativity?

@Former-Member I find light in colour. Creating shades and mixing them. That bring light in my darkness.

@Former-Member Motivation, it’s hard to push through something. And frustration when it doesn’t turn out well.

@Judi9877 yes! I love abstract for the same reason - the freedom! There is no rules, right or wrong.. just the freedom to allow the materials to be a conduit for your expression. There is something so liberating about making intuitive decisions without fear or judgment.. to allow that space for ourselves.. it's a really special thing
