π¦Spotlight on:
We have already had two Topic Tuesdays this month with one more to go! A huge thank you to everyone who joined in these discussions, shared their insights and experiences, and asked thoughtful questions
We started the month with our first topic on Grief and Loss with Griefline. Such a timely discussion and a really great deep dive into the experiences of grief and loss that we have experienced in our lives. Amanda from Griefline shared some amazing insights into the experiences of grief, and where we can seek support and connection. If you haven't read through it already, you can check it out here Topic Tuesday // Grief and Loss // Tues 3rd August, 7:00-8:30PM AEST
Our next Topic Tuesday featured Graham from the Big Feels Club, and a member of the SANE team talking about the recommendations from The Royal Commission into Victoria's Mental Health System. We spoke not only about the process and recommendations, but our hopes for the future and advocacy strategies to support the next steps of reform in Victoria. Check out the discussion and learn more here Topic Tuesday // Letβs talk about systemic change: The Victorian Royal Commission // Tues 17th Augus...
Today, we wrapped up our π₯ BOUNDARIES: Week long discussion π₯. A huge thank you to @cloudcore for leading this discussion and helping us explore our interpersonal boundaries.
