Our next Topic Tuesday follows on from a discussion we started last week in the forums around boundaries, to talk about Healthy Relationships in Lockdown. Join us on Tuesday the 31st of August, from 7pm AEST.

In the pipeline, we also have discussions about Body Image and Eating Disorders coming to the forums in September, and supporting a loved one in crisis. Keep an eye out for more information!

πŸ”¦Spotlight on:

We have already had two Topic Tuesdays this month with one more to go! A huge thank you to everyone who joined in these discussions, shared their insights and experiences, and asked thoughtful questions Heart

We started the month with our first topic on Grief and Loss with Griefline. Such a timely discussion and a really great deep dive into the experiences of grief and loss that we have experienced in our lives. Amanda from Griefline shared some amazing insights into the experiences of grief, and where we can seek support and connection. If you haven't read through it already, you can check it out here Topic Tuesday // Grief and Loss // Tues 3rd August, 7:00-8:30PM AEST

Our next Topic Tuesday featured Graham from the Big Feels Club, and a member of the SANE team talking about the recommendations from The Royal Commission into Victoria's Mental Health System. We spoke not only about the process and recommendations, but our hopes for the future and advocacy strategies to support the next steps of reform in Victoria. Check out the discussion and learn more here Topic Tuesday // Let’s talk about systemic change: The Victorian Royal Commission // Tues 17th Augus...

Today, we wrapped up our πŸ‘₯ BOUNDARIES: Week long discussion πŸ‘₯. A huge thank you to @cloudcore for leading this discussion and helping us explore our interpersonal boundaries. If you want to continue these discussions, tomorrow night's Topic Tuesday will build on the themes explored in the week long discussion and talk about healthy relationships in lockdown. Join us tomorrow Topic Tuesday // Healthy Relationships in Lockdown // Tues 31st August, 7:00-8:30PM AEST
