guys this early afternoon I’ve  applied to volunteer as a crisis supporter at one of the crisis support services and they’ve accepted my application on the same day that I’ve applied and I’m now at the stage where I need to complete a police check and a working with children or working with vulnerable people check. Lucky I already obtain a working with children check so I won’t need to apply for that one again. I really can’t wait to see what I’m gonna be doing for this volunteer role soon, and also can’t wait for the orientation!!

Awesome!  I put myself down for training in a similar role last year but when the training opened up in January this year, I just felt I had too much other stuff going on.  I wish I could have still done it though.  I'll be really interested to hear how you go with it all.  I'm very excited for you, i think you could bring a lot to a role like that.  Just remember to take care of yourself as well.

Thank you @MJG017 ❤️ and hopefully you can get back to doing it whenever you have the time too. I can’t wait to find out on what the experience of it will be like! I’m pretty sure it’s a 4 hour per fortnight shift according to the service from what it’s shown/mentioned on the application form when I applied for it.

I have my last assessment tomorrow. Hopefully I pass everything so that I don’t need to resubmit anything. Just have a couple of bits that need to be marked
