Dear @Shaz51 @outlander @TAB @Anastasia @Emelia8 ,

This is just a general post. I struggle to be here everyday.  This last week has been particularly heavy and hard.  I am not sure how long I can continue feeling like this life should not be so difficult and sad.  My depression seem s to be taking me over completely. I have no people left in my life. I value nothing . I do t know how to move. On from this state .
