I agree @Catcakes @Phoenix_Rising ..... please do post it on the Through Ones Eyes thread .....

For all my painting skill @Phoenix_Rising, I have entered some major painting competitions and not been accepted amongst the finalists ..... when I see what has been accepted, I can also see that what I have produced was not what the6 were looking for .... and that’s okay .... in fact your ducks are probably closer to what they were looking for .... with complete honesty .....

The classical ideas about what makes a good drawing or painting were turned in their head by the Impressionists.  Your drawing is beautiful, totally valid, and I would love to see you sharing it on the art thread, if you want to.

I look for you in my Inbox @Phoenix_Rising and I miss you when you’re not here ..... just sayin’ ....
