Hi all,
NikNik is not around tonight, but I can try and help. To my knowledge we don't have a video or specific instructions on how to insert an image into a post, but I'll try and explain it here. 
1.) Outside of the forums, find a picture that you'd like to insert into a post. Then save this image onto your computer.
2.) On the forums, go to the thread where you'd like to post a picture, and start a new post.
3.) To insert a picture, go to your tool bar, located at the top of your editing box - it's the same row where you can add smiley faces. In this box, you will should see a little icon that looks like a mountain and a moon. I've attached a picture showing you were to find this.
4.) This will open another screen. Click 'choose file'.
5.) Then find the image that you saved onto your computer.
6.) Once it is uploaded, click 'insert image'.
