Dear @Mustang67

What a nightmare !!

I used to drive millions of miles when my children were little - I studied, cleaned houses, worked a lot plus children. Then married someone who couldn't drive for 10 years.

If I was you, do you need to do extra driving ? Can you somehow cut down on your driving and only drive in important issues ?

You have a story there. It's tough and your medication may need to be juggled by your GP ? Ide probably not cope at all if my antidepressants were not at top form.

It feels like you have support from your partner ?

Today I hardly drive - my new husband does all the driving.

It has made me realise I was having panic attacks almost every night ----- my stress levels were high. I was in a high emotional state for years and years.

I didn't understand my own body.
