Hi @Former-Member  got a DES appt in a few hours. they had been promising big things for a change, then silence for like 2 weeks, so guess it all came to nothing again. 

Time for Plan B again. Sick cert. I gave them a clear run of over 12mths w no certs while studying etc. Was hanging off to see if their promises to contact local businesses on my behalf would get anywhere
