What do I know @Healandlove ? Zero 

But years and years ago I strangely bought an audible by a neurologist called Dr James Doty..  called " Into the Magic Shop... " 

Fffff .. 

Rocked my small weak little boat. I survived the next year. I have no idea how I lived. Then.,.somehow,,, I turned the James Doty audible around. I was listening to it but I was supposed to cry but I didn't. , and every damn week, little by little, I began meditating to Jon Kabat zinn.

 

I was supposed to drown. But I didnt. took me months to bear to listen to it.
