I'm aiming to do about 60cm total, and stitch the ends together to make a neck warmer, more than an actual scarf. 5cm down, 55cm to go Woman LOL Woman LOL Woman LOL Woman LOL 

 

I am not a crafty person. Or any good with words or art or music like so many on here are. I initially started braiding and wearing the bracelets as a fidget, so I'd twist and fidget with the bracelet instead of harm myself. Then I started using the braiding or similar process to calm and focus on when I'm struggling. This loom knitting is actually fairly similar, and dead easy.

I use braiding and similar repetitive "crafty" things to calm me down and help me focus on problems. It keeps my hands busy while not being destructive.
