I read between your words how strongly you want to help your partner and her girls in every way imaginable.

 

You say that you have always wanted to be a parent.

 

I believe that you are parenting them in your way now. Having such strong feelings conveys this strongly to me.

 

You do not have to be a birth parent to be a parent.

My second husband has two adopted sons.

 

You do not have to adopt either.

 

Your love and support; presence in their lives whether they accept it always is part of parenting in a special way.

 

You have a special, beautiful quality within you that provides that.

 

Please stay safe and be kind to yourself also as must I during this mad season.
