Evening everyone,

Managed 6 laps at the local park @Faith-and-Hope bit over 3km in 35 min

Didn't make any progress on research for the report I'm working on so guess I'll be working the weekend again to catch up. 

7am start for work in the morning. Hoping it is a quiet day so I can finish early to get back onto assesment work.
