That's so tough @TOXICONE . Do you have supports to help you to manage some of this trauma? It's not fair you have to live with it lingering over you.

hi @Spirit_Healer thank you for responding, I do enjoy reading as I've never had much in life as I was always in girl's homes and foster care so teaching myself to read was my way of escaping reality.
I have never tried listening to podcasts or audio books. I always loved reading paper books.
