I'm so depressed too. Hugs. I have schizophrenia manic bipolar & it's getting to much depression mental illness I can't think eat sleep or do anything I am feeling so hopeless & so depressed

Often times when i feel like i need that extra boost and a big hug i will venture out into the sunshine and let its rays wrap around my skin.. it feels like a deep warm tingly hug ❤️
