LONELINESS IS A KILLER

never felt so alone in my life, need to make connections and sense of belonging. when i’m engaged and feeling like i’m contributing to society i can live with whatever new label psychiatrists come up with. i am not my diagnosis and i refuse to let it define me …. ah but the stigma does a pretty good job of that.

Hi @scatman, welcome to the forum.  I've been alone for a lot of my life, so I know how tough it is.  I did find connections here when I joined earlier this year, so I hope you can find the same for yourself.  there's a lot of great and extremely supportive people here.
