never felt so alone in my life, need to make connections and sense of belonging. when i’m engaged and feeling like i’m contributing to society i can live with whatever new label psychiatrists come up with. i am not my diagnosis and i refuse to let it define me …. ah but the stigma does a pretty good job of that.

you are not defined by your diagnosis and it can definitely be challenging with stigma trying to beat us down but it's really amazing that you're working hard on that. i hope this forum space allows you to keep fighting and gives you a place to be yourself & feel less alone. we're here with you 💗
