@OaktreeEven at a 3/8 change of getting in, it's still a lot better odds that zero. Maybe look at some other places offering it as a backup. Plus, who knows who these other applicants are, some of them may not have much lived experience or other things that make them less qualified than you, so go for it. I'm happy to offer any thoughts on you application questions if I may have.
I was told the today that the place here like to keep the groups small... about 10 -15 people I think she said. So i'm wondering now if I'm going to get a reply saying Feb 2025 is full. If that's the case I hope they tell me soon so I can look elsewhere.

Are you still around?
If I email my application to you could you please take a look at it and maybe make any suggestions. They said last night they are not looking for lengthy answers but quality answers

I may as well as you here in case you don't get the email.
I know you said they want quality answers over quantity, but is there a limit about how long you can have each response?
A good thing to consider is: What will make my application 'shine' more than others?
This is where I'm getting at @Oaktree So how long can you have your application so that you 'shine'?

Yes I do have suggestions. I won't be able to finish going through it tonight. Is it okay for me to get back to you either tomorrow or Friday @Oaktree ?
I've been on a fair few interview panels, scanned many resumes, vetted applications etc, so I can definitely share the things that make people shine as opposed to the things that are 'cringe' (as my nephew would say).
