share more about the challenges in your day to day life have you faced when dealing with these side effects?
ammm @Former-Member, My mr shaz finds it very very hard to get up and get started in the morning , as we are self employed on a verryyylow income
next when we come home for lunch, he will fall asleep after lunch , and after a few hours of work his anxiety rises , panic attacks start
we try to get home early as mr shaz gets worse , dizzyness, forgets peoples name and what we are doing next , and then in bed early

Welcome along tonight @Ambinorm1 and @FarmersWife - great to have you here and sharing with us.
As you can all understand, I can't always reply to each one of you as the discussion moves quickly and my fingers just can't type fast enough (sigh!) but I do want to comment here at this point, that already the challenges you are all mentioning are very very difficult and there is no two ways about that. I know it can be hard to push past this but I wanted to flag how amazing you all are for even sharing these things here tonight. It takes a lot of strength to even share the side effects you deal with and the way it impacts you.
I hope no matter what, you can all feel a small sense of achievement in doing that here tonight - I am grateful for your openness.
With that said lets move on to a bit of workshopping of ideas!
What are or have been some ways or tools you have tried to manage side effects in your day to day lives?
Doesn’t matter if they weren’t useful in the end – this question is about bringing up all the ideas there may be in management of side effects. Maybe something that didn’t work for you may work for someone else!
