I read you had an accident - not good at all but it seems you are hurt and shaken but otherwise all right - except for your fear of nightmares

Tough stuff - I know - like most other people I have been in car accidents - it is very hard to settle down afterwards

I thought though - as I read through your thread - you feel you have to push these thoughts away - but through the years I have tried something else - and it does take practice - I let the thoughts come and try to find another place in my mind - it works really well some of the time - it works okay most of the time - sometimes it just doesn't work

But across time I have found another place in my mind to go to - and tonight might be the night to start trying to find your place - more me just trying to find it worked at first

But if this doesn't work yet - it is okay to feel so terrible - I know that's a hard thing to hear - it's a hard thing to say - but let it wash over you if you can - it has happened and you are in pain - but you can't change it - 

And you will drive again - if I did - you will - and the thing I miss most in time - well - almost the most - is driving - so you will drive

Take things slowly - and now - terraform - make a new place for yourself with all the best things in it

I'm sending all my best thoughts tonight

Yeah just abit of an accident.....
Im alive which is the main thing.
Im scared of sleeping because the nightmares come. I mean i get them through the day but im suppose to be awake then. Its so draining and serms ti be wiping me out quicker since the accident.
Im too scared to drive or get in a car. It took me an hour yesterday to get in the car.
Ive got to drive today. I forgot ive got to go to a clinic with pop and hes not driving. Ive got whiplash and he will mske it worse the way he drives - ive been fine and by the end of the drive with him i was like car sick only after a 15 minute drive. This one is half an hour

Ah yes a special place. The botanical gardens. Thats where i want to be or watching the waves. I can sometimes let things wash over me and let it be but last night i couldnt. And the more i stressed the worse i was feeling esp my headache. I was getting dizzy spells again last night.

Anyway.... i can feel myself getting worked up again. Going to take pain meds and then get ready. Gotta leave at 830. Lucky mum taking the kids. . Ive gotta sit and listen to pops clinic for 3 hrs and drive an hour in total.
