I am having trouble sharing any thoughts properly, like everything is jumpled up in my head. Just feeling so very sad. And cannot work things out

@Former-Member One of the things about the emotional abuse you are enduring is it makes us question everything we know and think. You have done so very well to describe how you are feeling and what your husband's behaviour towards you is doing to you so here also to lend an ear and listen along the way. You do not have to go through this alone - that is the wonderful thing about a peer to peer support forum like this one - it is not just about getting things out but having people around that you can chat to in order to work through some of those thoughts is often helpful - and you receive so much support in return. Please keep getting your thoughts out in whatever way you can and know when you need we are here both listening and supporting you
