its quite drama filled this year @rav3n

i think there are some lovely couples this year but i especially like jamie and dave and feel like are one of the best matched people.

there are a few individuals that i dont like and feel ruins it for their partner.

i did get abit sore at times but overall pretty good shift.
havent slept yet, i got busy trying to catch up on some things but going to go to bed early i think

@outlander oo yes i've heard of them!! jamie seems to have such a fun, bubbly personality. i really dislike adrian... i don't get how he even got selected for the show!!

i cant really go into details but essentially pops dementia is getting much worse and i had a meeting with the staff at the home earlier to discuss the changes theyve noticed etc @Snowie
im just drained. i still care so deeply for him but at the same time its one of the things that still affect me alot.

i am worried about starting more trauma related therapies as well.

It's hard watching someone go through this horrible disease.

Therapies can be hard hon. Still trying to decide if I want to go back there myself.
