hey @tyme
went and seen the horses with some help from my sister and then went for abit of a walk by myself with headphones in. i went and brought some fresh produce to make a salad as well. ive been eating alot of ready made heated meals which are ok but i feel i need some fresh stuff.
was nice to get out of the house but i think i mightve overdone it abit. was difficult driving but bringing some independence and normalicy back is good

Awwww. I'm so glad your sister went with you. Has she finished school yet? Horses can be soo therapeutic.
I get you about eating fresh food. Always nice to chomp on fresh cucumbers 🙂
I hope you didn't overdo it and you feel better soon.
Are you just resting up tomorrow?
