just struggling abit @Snowie
im finally making some progress on the ndis application the past couple of days though. i only have 2 more specialist reports to go across the next week and then i can finally hand in the application!

life is so tiring and lonley lately. i have one person who comes walking with me but any attempt to communicate or engage with anyone else always gets shut down. lifes rather lonely when all you do is care for other people but are burning out to much to really care

I hope it all goes well with the NDIS application. Do you have a deadline for everything to be submitted?

hey @tyme
the paperwork has to be submitted within a few weeks i believe now that i have the dr section of the application complete. i have 2 more appointments next week to get through and then i plan to meet with the support coordinator early the following week to go through everything and submit it.

Fingers crossed @outlander . Hope it goes well for you. When I was really unwell, I put one application in, but because it got rejected, I never tried again. I only applied for psychosocial though. I can't say my physical needs were enough to give weight to the application.

Is there a timeframe about how long you have to wait after submitting the access request?

i applied probably around 2 years ago @tyme but because some of my conditions werent offically diagnosed then and all my speiclists were new to me i didnt have much supporting evidence but 3 years on ive had good contact with specialists etc for proper letters and reports etc now.

do you mean how long do i need to wait to hear about the results once ive submitted the request?
