Hi @The-red-centaur sounds like today is not going so well for you. Do you want to talk about it here on the Forums? It's great to have you here and be part of the community and we would love to sit with you in your thoughts. RiverSeal

Re: (not actually) Coping with things.
@RiverSeal I'm tired of dealing with everything. I just want to give in because it would be easier than this.

Wish somebody would tell me I'm fine
Nothing's alright, nothing is fine
I'm running and I'm crying
Living this way
Nothing's alright

Re: (not actually) Coping with things.
@The-red-centaur yeah I get it that things can get pretty tough. I've had my share of feeling like that too. What have you done in the past when you get into a spot like this? I know I like to keep busy and I volunteer and work a lot to keep myself occupied. Doing my housework comes in handy when I am home. I have recently learned to watch TV series and I'm enjoying that too. I like to cook and plan meals so I have something to look forward to later in the week.

I spent the morning cleaning. I'm sick of trying.

Sorry to hear you are struggling so much @The-red-centaur . Are you able to speak to one of your support workers?
