Good to hear from you again, @Former-Member. Sorry you are feeling so low - very understandable. It's a great thing that you are managing to get through stuff you need to attend to. I've always liked the managability of small apartments (it's also mostly all I've been able to afford over my life as a renter). Sounds like a good option since it's a safer place to be, but I get your issues with it being temporary. Maybe keeping the diet simple at this time is not such a bad thing but, yes, encouraging yourself to eat is really important for mental as well as physical needs. I've been neglecting the breathing exercises a bit lately but lay on the bed for a while tonight doing measured breathing (count of four on the in-breath, count of six on the out-breath, to slow things down inside). I know from your past posts that this kind of thing sometimes works for you too. Also, even if these things are only temporarily relieving, I hope that at least all of us here listening with you is in some way reassuring.

Hey @Former-Member
I just want to offer you a virtual hug.
You are so strong. Strength to me is being vulnerable, sticking out rough time and not glossing over how much it stinks.
Anyway, just wanted to let you know that I'm sending you a hug.

Hi @Former-Member
I haven't been on in a few days - so am only just getting up to speed with what's going on. It seems like A LOT has been happening; no wonder you feel overwhelmed.
I'm not entirely sure what's happened, but from what I can gather, you are being really unfair on yourself to feel any sense of fault in what's going on. I know we use that phrase "be kind to yourself" frequently, but I really mean it.
It's not your fault.
You have taken action and shown courage in moving - and everything you have said here seems like you are a brave woman.
That's not to say there isn't to be any overwhelm or a lot to deal with - but being kind to yourself will help to manage all of those details.
"Independant" doesn't mean you do things by yourself - it means you take responsibility for yourself and you have done that. No one does it alone.
On that note, we are here for you and you are not alone.
(sorry if I was a bit firm in that post... It's out of passion, because I just admire you so much)
Nik
