You have just had a really stressful afternoon @Bubbles3. Your feelings are heightened because of this. You have done so well to get through it and even better to ask for some support now - very impressed that you not only dealt with the situation but also got through it - that shows courage. Now it is time for you to settle again - nothing else needs to be done but for you to realise whst a BIG deal the visit was and that you DID get through it.
