Re: When your best looks different each day
I'm waiting for the hairdressers to come out of lockdown so I can acutally have a haircut!!!!
That's frustrating in itself because it is out of our control, even when we are doing our best.
When things are tough, a bit of self-care (including a haircut) can go a long way.
In the meanwhile, as @Daisydreamer has mentioned, my best is my best - so let's live by that. Thanks for sharing @Daisydreamer !

Same here for barbers. I don't really care (I'm not going many places anyway) but I'm rather shaggy! Haven't had this much hair in years!!

Re: When your best looks different each day
What a great picture and message @Daisydreamer
The last month of Winter was indeed a tough one for me. As each new day of Spring passes I feel mounting pressure to get up and perform basic daily tasks, as well as to start sorting out the mess my illness and inactivity has caused. I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed.
At this moment "my best" is literally logging in and participating in the forum on my mobile phone rather than laying in bed staring at the caravan ceiling... so your post was truly a timely one. I needed a reminder that small steps are okay as long as they are forward moving.
Thanks for sharing.
Take care, RedHorse 🌹🐴
