Hey @Bellarose75 I ended up being coaxed into a collaborative Anzac cookie bake off today. It is not something I have ever done or had done around me. but my 2 trays were requested and then a casual invite to bake them, with inside information about how to get them just right. I felt blessed. In many ways I was cut off from my Aussie family side when dad died whenI was 11, so this has been a long time coming.

The important thing is that it did take an invitation. The hand needed to be extended. It was my fellow muso disabled and very abled male friend, perhaps becoming a colleague. The last Aussie guy who was around 5 years ago was like a bull in a china shop. It was never gonna work.
