@Ru-bee I'm trying to colour but I'm shaking so much at the moment. I don't have it in me to have a shower right now as if I try to stand up I'm almost passing out.

@Former-Member i'm here for you 💙
i read that you're trying to colour but feeling shaky. this might be a weird thing to suggest but have you tried shaking out the nerves? sometimes i've just wiggled my arms around for a few minutes to help get rid of the restless energy, does that help you at all?

@rav3n thankyou.
I have tried that but it didn't help me. I'm just sick of feeling so on edge and panicky constantly.

@The-red-centaur you are ok, you have had things to do. But I'd really like that.

@Former-Member glad you gave it try anyways, i know its not for everyone. do you have something squishy to hug? maybe a pillow or teddy bear? i actually heard something about a 30 sec hug helping the nervous system recently, not sure if it'll work but if you're up to giving it a go, let me know how it goes.
also i'm thinking of making a thread where we all work on a craft project together each week (or fortnight/month depending on how hard it it) and share our progress, was inspired by the crafts you showed us last time - do you think its something you'd like to engage with?

@rav3n I gave it a go but it hasn't done anything.
That sounds like a great idea and I'd love to be involved.
