No I dont choose. I go when I am in crisis. When I'm manic and loosing it I cant think and can't ground to work out what I should do. @utopia

Yes it is an important day. Two years ago I tried to raise it in a choir I without success. It backfired for me but maybe that is only temporary. They were not ready for it even though I researched and saw some classical music events were including support for RUOK on their advertising. However they were part of my big music event last weekend so as I confirm my competence maybe they will take on these ideas more in a few years ... here hoping.
Even skeletons need to gather round a hearth.
