Re: Therapy without talking about trauma details
Im waiting for the doctors appointment later this afternoon. Not feeling terribly good, eating was hard with a sore face, probably a sinus infection. I have been reflecting upon myself lately, trying to figure out whether I’m Ace or traumatised. Though trauma is the reason behind my anxiety, so I’m confused

@creative_writer Oh no :((( hope they’re able to find a solution quickly.
It’s really hard when the trauma is linked to physical sensations, I have some ‘ghost pain’ that flashes now and then that has been there since the traumatic event.
Yep hypervigilance is a big part of my PTSD challenges.

Re: Therapy without talking about trauma details
I get ghost sensations, it happens so suddenly, sometimes it lasts for a while too. It eventually goes away. My flashbacks are body based. Hyperviligiance is a significant part of PTSD. I am very cautious around people. I am also afraid of being triggered too
