The day brings no light. It brings more dread. I think it could be a goodidea to call in sick today. I cant work with someone who triggerrs me unless i can avoid her today by going late this arvo.

I told the kids that if they are ready by 9 oclock ill take them shopping before the crowds start coming in around 10ish.

Im not feeling well physically. Im not sure if its the stress the meds or a bug coming on of some sort as its all happening all at once. Usually with a bug i get the temps so ill keep an eye on that. Its hars when stress side effects and bugs can have the same symptoms.

@outlandersorry today is not great. I think it is a good idea however if you call in sick to work today. Mentally and physically you need to look after yourself. If your temp goes up @outlander get yourself to a GP.
