hi! i'm new here and looking for support for a recent issue i have experienced.
I am a student and recently on a placement i was subjected to bullying, neglect and disrespect from the people who were supposed to 'train me to do my future job'. I experienced a horrific situation that i was not equipped to process for the first time in my placements and was not offered any support from my peers in the workplace. I feel i will have lasting trauma from this situation. I am already diagnosed with PTSD, OCD, Anxiety and Depression and am currently experiencing some not very nice thoughts that i am currently working through with my regular psychologist.
I feel completely lost and alone in my experience and i just wanted to see how others handled this kind of experience. Unfortunately i cannot give to many details due to the confidentiality surrounding the issue and it is currently under investigation.
Any help or advice is greatly appreciated 🙂 ❤️

Welcome to the forums, and I love the name, by the way...
I've had similar experiences in the work place, and all I can really add is... use every support you can, and try your best not to ruminate on what happened. Much easier said than done, but sometimes chewing on the problem for longer than is necessary can do a lot of damage.
I'm sure some of our other members will be along shortly to support you too.

@mums_spaghetti . You are not alone. I'm sure it happens more than anyone would like to admit. It can be isolating because everyone is afraid to approach you as if it's some kind of disease. Read up on the school's policies and procedures if you haven't already. All the best.
