Re: Riding a wave
@Zoe7 Sigh...no, there's a fundamental difference between an attachment bond and an affiliate bond. The connections you listed are affiliate bonds. I had an attachment to a couple of people at the HC and right now, aside from TTT, it's looking very much like they will be the last attachments I ever have to anyone.

Re: Riding a wave
I understand the difference @Phoenix_Rising I was talking about connections rather than attachments - connections are important too. I feel connected to several people here on the forum which has been what has gotten me through some really tricky nights - I know if I simply 'disappear' then a couple of those people would miss seeing me around here - as some of us would with you - these are connections that are mutually important for us ie F&H to me and CB to you... and they matter!

Re: Riding a wave
I realise why you would be confused with what I said 2 posts ago - I meant to say you have very strong connections here NOT strong attachments - sorry for confusing you @Phoenix_Rising I know you see things literally and that was 100% my mistake with the wrong word

Re: Riding a wave
Well my brain is completely mushed from the fast pace of Topic Tuesday. Methinks I won't have any trouble falling asleep tonight. Oh that reminds me @outlander I still haven't heard the end of Room on the Broom so no giving it away!!!
Hello to @OhanaSystem who I met tonight at Topic Tuesday. This is where I tend to hang out a lot in Forum Land because, well, I'm a sea turtle and I spend a lot of my time riding the big waves of super big feelings. I do all my raving about TTT here in the ocean. Here is the picture I made out of TTT's squiggle: my awesome drawing (no laughing! ).
@Former-Member I read your post over there --> regarding my crochet adventure. I am super excited to think I might be able to make a baby dragon soon. The picture you posted is the one I saw online and super badly want to make!!! I'm pretty sure that's the one @CheerBear made in preparation for teaching me how to make it - so exciting!!!!
@SleepyPanda I super hope you might be appearing soon to watch over the ocean.
Good night to all on the ocean.

Re: Riding a wave
@Phoenix_Rising thank you for the tag! It was lovely to start getting to know you, and hopefully I'll manage to not lose this forum again any time soon so I can continue it! I LOVED your picture! Thank you for sharing it ❤️
