Re: Riding a wave
Giggle. I thought you might hear the bell too @Zoe7. That was an icky adventure. We definitely need to listen to bells. Yay for bells.
Awwwwwwwwww Zoe, I didn't know NikNik left you the key to the nutella stash. I was planning to refill the jar tomorrow. There's no way the remaining 500kgs of nutella is going to last me another three weeks. You'll give me the key to the nutella stash won't you? Plllllllleeeeeeeeease????

Re: Riding a wave
I take my duties VERY seriously @Phoenix_Rising - so the answer to that question is NO you cannot have the keys but if you are reallllly nice to be I may top up your jar a little tomorrow for the weekend - as I know you don't (officially) visit forumland on weekends.
Then we can revisit the Nutella shortage situation again on Monday. That is my final offer (unless I change my mind lol)

Re: Riding a wave
ps - yes yea for bells @Phoenix_Rising I am still a bit on edge about that icky adventure - you know when you feel something isn't quite right at the time but has gone too far already - things like that play on my mind alot - especially when there are other BIG things that have happened at the same time - not nice at all

Re: Riding a wave
Did you email using the team@ sane address? I ask because I am wondering the best way to check whether things are ok to share too as it's come up for me a couple of times.
Hey, while we're talking DBT, if you catch me saying something that is a bit "errrrr, maybe not", please let me know. I think I'm getting a pretty good grasp of it but it's a 'kind of' idea and not a 'totally know what I am doing/saying' one at all.
🙂
Will keep my eye out for a post

Re: Riding a wave
I understand where that is coming from for you too @Phoenix_Rising and am just sitting on my rockstack on the beach - letting you know I am still here and not going anywhere for quite a while ....

Re: Riding a wave
Superly duperly struggling. I don't understand why anyone at SANE would think that was a bright idea. Super super super struggling.
How can we possibly encourage people to go to hospital when those of us who have been there know what happens there?

Re: Riding a wave
Every time I hear that stupid phrase "to help keep you safe" it triggers chaos in my brain. A public psychiatric ward has to be one of the least safe places on Earth - as clearly described in the article that SANE posted. Angry turtle. Hurting turtle.
