Unicorn!!!
I was very productive in DBT headquarters today @CheerBear - hence why I felt I deserved some Forum Land time. as a reward. Mindfulness is definitely going to take me at least 2 weeks, and maybe 3. Yep, I agree that the mindfulness stuff all needs to be done by one person, but I haven't looked at the other modules and perhaps they can be broken up a bit easier. Anyway, it sounds like we are at this point working on alternate modules, but on the understanding that this isn't a fixed thing and if someone gets squished by a bus we will just figure it out in our normal muddled puddled cofuddled together-but-not way.
The problem is that right now I don't feel too squished so it seems perfectly doable to do an entire module. But I know that at any moment a bus can come and then just breathing seems too hard! When I'm squished, it is hard to remember what it feels like to be unsquished, and when I'm unsquished, it is hard to remember just how bad being squished can feel. Do you find that? Poor squishy, he is squishy all the time.
Night @CheerBear.
(Night @Former-Member if you are around.)

Night @Phoenix_Rising. No more sleeps until Monday now, not including tonight 🙂
Yeah, I'm just going to pretend I didn't say that and that I haven't actually been living a day in front of myself since Friday 😂

ROFL @CheerBear. I did see this on Saturday night. I was too sleepy to respond, but it made me fall asleep smiling. I was trying to decide whether you were assuming I wouldn't see it until Sunday morning, or whether you really are struggling with trying to count to three.
Perhaps when Puffer fish gets home from school today, you could ask them to help you count to three and then back again. Here, I'll get you started: 1 - 2 - 3 3 - 2 -1 1 - 2 -3 3 -2 -1
I am doing an experiment today in DBT world. Actually, I'm doing two experiments. I am a little scared, but I'm telling myself that that is just a feeling and that I can feel the scared feeling and do what I'm scared of doing anyway.
Mindfulness is definitely going to take me three weeks. Are you feeling tortured working at turtle pace? Hopefully now that you are working on the next module while I do this one, you aren't feeling too frustrated.
I hope you had a nice weekend. I did. I will be doing more DBT-ing today, along with some things I need to do here in the real world. I hope today is a good day for you and the LF @CheerBear.

I have a super gigantic wave. I need help and there is no help. The wave is really really really big. I so badly need help, I know I need help, but there IS no help.

I’m really sorry to hear that, @Phoenix_Rising. I hope it eases up a bit soon. I’ll be here with you until it does.
