Yep. I feel super alone and super scared. Something is wrong. This is worse than my normal. I'm a bit scared that the neurofeedback has gone awry. I think I need to go underwater, rather than back to shore. I think I need to find a calm quiet space beneath the waves. I feel all muddled because I feel scared being alone...but I feel scared about being back around everyone on land in Forum Land too.
