btw @Former-Member the SANE site went down a little while ago for a few minutes when I was trying to post @Bunniekins's images - me thought I broked it lol (or the mods got sick of approving ALL the images and blocked me lol)

So today I told my psychologist exaclty how I am feeling. I don't think he expected it but was his usual calm self. He rang me just then to check in on me, is going to ring the pdoc tomorrow and ring me again tomorrow for a welfare check again. I know what is probably coming next but really wanted to avoid it this close to xmas.

@Bunniekins @Zoe7 thank you for the distractions this afternoon even if you didn't realised. Helped a lot.
