Yes. Totally alone @Former-Member
Said this morning this is how I feel:
"That's right, Eeyore. Drop in on any of us at any time, when you feel like it."
"Thank you, Rabbit. And if anybody says in a Loud Voice 'Bother, it's Eeyore,' I can drop out again."
I constantly hear "bother it's Eeyore"

@Former-Member Nothing much. Trying to get myself up off the ground after being run over by a bus I didn't see coming. That's about it really.

Yes, I do feel alone... even when i have people around me, because most people just don't get how hard it is, or have to deal with so much internal invisible crap! 😞 Here is the only place i've felt like there are a few people who 'get' the enormity of how it feels..
most of the time, its just about getting through one thing at a time, usually the most pressing thing...
here with you @Former-Member
@Spookytookims yes, i often feel like i have a bus just waiting to hit and then reverse back over me... feeling blindsided by it is even worse than seeing it coming too, hope you're ok
