Good morning Candy, I so sorry to hear things are still really hard for you at the moment. I totally understand how constant switching can be stressful, in the beginning it was really hard for Izzy to deal with. With time and lots and lots of therapy it became manageable for her until last December. Taking it day by day is the right choice right now as there is no point creating stress of trying to look to far into the future or make plans with your alters coming and going so much.
I am sorry I haven't been checking in on you my friend, it has been very difficult here and there is so much going on that it doesn't leave me feeling like I have anything left to give to others not even my children. I look forward to being able to chat with you sometime soon.
