Sorry…food for thought, and discussion from those thoughts .. stuff to discuss with your psych🙂🌺
@Birdofparadise8 … clearly showing my generational language syntax and colloquialisms!
Former OT, worked in MH amongst other areas of therapeutic practice 🙂
Very pleased you can relax about the upcoming appointment - that’s great 🌺
hopefully the psych has some helpful points regarding the dreams, too 🙂

Aww, that sounds so lovely @ArraDreaming
Are you a bit of a romantic?
Hahaha that's okay @Former-Member. You lost me in the next sentence. I don't know what you're saying. Right, okay, how does an OT work in MH?
Yes, I can. I have been a right mess since Wednesday. When we spoke, he was like what do you want to do then, and I'm like well, I wouldn't have emailed you if I didn't want to see you next week. He mentioned that if it's too stressful to know if I can book in to see him, we could have a space of time booked out for the week I don't see him, so I thought that was nice as well. But not yet I just can't.
