@ENKELI I’ve been single my whole life lol. Haven’t found a suitor so I’m just enjoying my single life rn. I have so much anxiety around romantic relationships, probably a trauma response.

I get what you mean by not wanting to get your hopes up high. I think it’s always best to focus on the present and it’s always handy to have a list of things you can do to cope with distressing feelings. Life is like the ocean. Sometimes the waves are smooth, other times the tides are very high.

I’m still struggling but I have got past the trough at least.

Just watching the GWS v STK game at the moment, then the Carlton game will be on after that.
