Sounds lovely @Birdofparadise8 ☺️🌺
Yes I’m ok thank you, just keeping busy with doc appointments (just waiting for one now), and all seems to be moving in the right direction at the moment 🙂🌺
I hope the interview goes well! 🙌🏻🌺☺️
And I also hope the exam prep goes well, and same with the osteo apt too 🙂🌺

@creative_writer aw sweetie I'm sorry to hear you're struggling. I'll keep you in my thoughts and prayers if that's okay with you.
Anything else we can do for you? Light fireworks in honour of your awesomeness? Announce the day as National @creative_writer Day and have it a public holiday?
I hope my silly humour at least makes you smile, I hurt when I hear my Sane friends hurting too. Much love and hugs xo

@Birdofparadise8 ouch! Just think how much better you will feel later though! I've never been to an osteo, what is the difference between osteo and like chiro or physio, do you know?
Did you get something yummy for lunch.
I was very naughty and bought some lollies, Coles had them on sale for half price and I ate half a bag 😬
Extra veggies for dinner tonight I think. I bought a piece of beef to roast so I will either do that or maybe chicken parmigiana.
How are you going today, it's been a busy one for you!

Yeah, she did dry needling today. I didn't even feel it. I have a high pain threshold.
Difference between physiotherapy chiropractic and osteopathy
I made a ham, cheese, tomato, lettuce, cucumber, beetroot and mayo sandwich.
I'm having chicken cacciatore with pearl barley couscous.

@creative_writer have you tried fidget spinners or those popper fidget sheets that you press the "bubbles"?
I find both of them quite good, I know my Godson used both when he was overstimulated and it also helped with his anger management for a time. Otherwise I have the annoying habit of tapping a pencil against my thumb - hold the pencil between pointer and middle finger and then just tap it on my thumb. I make sure it's a pencil because pens tend to make more noise.
I truly hope you find something other than rubbing, having been a person who used to do something I am not allowed to mention on the forum I understand what you mean.
I need to take a moment away from the forum for now, will be back soon xx
