Thanks heaps @Birdofparadise8 💜🌺🙂
I use crutches all the time…cooking, laundry, cleaning, in the bathroom/shower, etc… they are a proper pain in the backside hehe. My legs have lost much nerve function so they don’t work properly, or at least, how I want them to ❤️🩹
Oh I’m sorry to hear the pancakes were rank 😔 I don’t often make pancakes so I don’t have a nice recipe that is tried and tested to share with you 🌺
sorry to hear you’re stressed, too 💜
is it the appointment clash?
im sure they should accommodate due to it being with your psych 🙂🌺

I feel like I'm falling apart into a million pieces.
I feel like I'm spiralling, and there's no coming back.
I feel so broken and beyond repair.
I feel so hopeless and worthless.
I just want this pain to go away. I want everything to stop.
I want to not feel like this anymore. I don't understand why things have become so difficult these past few weeks. Last week was so hard. I feel like this week will be as well.
I'm so sorry, but I'm just a burden to everyone. @Former-Member
I don't know how I'm supposed to go see the older person once I get changed from the pool.

I’m so very sorry to hear how distressed and down your feeling @Birdofparadise8 💜
Those feelings sound really heavy to carry ❤️🩹
it may not carry much weight right now, however I would like to gently remind you that you’re not a burden at all - you’re very much a valued person, and all those good and positive things about who you are, are only found in you 🌺🙂
It makes some sense that things are more difficult lately with so much uni work to do, while you’ve been adjusting to a completely new environment and flatmates, too 💜
I wondered if there is something to do that helps you not feel this way?
How do you feel about going to visit the older person - do you think it will be helpful to you to do? 🙂
