Hey @Birdofparadise8
That is so good to hear. Did you get enough insight into validation?
I'm doing ok thanks, saw my psychologist today and it was a really good session.

Thanks @Birdofparadise8
When we're so use to negativity, it can be difficult to let kindness land on us. It feels strange and it's difficult to accept. The most important validation is self validation. Self validation builds self esteem and confidence, it sounds like 'I deserve to be treated with respect', 'I deserve to be treated fairly', and ' I deserve good things'.

Mmm, okay. Self-validation is a hard one for me. Let alone validation in general.
Ahh, I wish I could do something right @Blackbird11
By the way, thank you for asking about asking the questions. I really appreciated that.

@Birdofparadise8 all good. The licence wasn't the point I was making.
Yes I have my licence. I got my learner's and P's on the same day. We did it differently back then in WA. I was on my P's for 12 months and was restricted to driving max 90km an hour. There were no green and red P's or extra tests.
This is the mandala, I just finished it
