We are talking about during the day and early evening when you talk about it @Birdofparadise8 It becomes a pattern that you say you will likely cry at night and therefore your subconscious expects that to be the case. The more you can change that mindset, the less likely the crying will occur. Don't get me wrong, suppressing emotions is not always a great thing to do but when those emotions are persistent and negative, then we do need to change the patterns.

@Birdofparadise8 keeping mum means keeping quiet.
I chuckled when you mentioned Thurs - Sunday being long enough for your parents to visit. I know what you mean!
I do agree with @Zoe7, and to a point with @ArraDreaming, you need to learn to change your mindset, so maybe spending time in the living room instead of going to your room every night isn't such a bad idea.
I don't know why I am so tired all the time these days, it's ridiculous. The sooner I find some work the better I think.

Oh okay @ENKELI
You don't need to, it's okay.
Yeah, I guess. It's just hard. I don't know what to do or how to do it. Right now, while on the verge of tears, I don't think it is the best time to be trying to change things unless you think otherwise.
