Sure sounds tough @Birdofparadise8 . I'm sure you are feeling so many strong emotions right now.
Is there something you can do to help you embrace what you are feeling, and allowing yourself to heal?
That is, rather focusing on the unhelpful, can you reframe the situation so you can help yourself?

@Birdofparadise8 Maybe the first step today is to be present with your parents. They obviously care for you and have come over to see you so putting everything else in a box for now and actually spending time with them would be good. You often say how alone you feel but you have physical people with you so embrace that for now.
@tyme 👋
