Hi @ENKELI
I've just posted about it if you want to read it below.
It was good until now.
How are you?
I hope you're feeling better than I am currently feeling.

Hey @Birdofparadise8 ,
I've just asked IT, and they have asked if you can log out and log back in. It seems to be working on our side in terms of "support"

You can always apologise when you see your psych next. It's ok you didn't apologise then, it was in the heat of the moment. Now you've reflected and realised, you can work on responding next time. @Birdofparadise8

@creative_writer I really hate this lack of motivation. I'm going to see my doctor next week to review my meds. It's like nothing interests me anymore. So annoying!
What are your coping techniques for when you're feeling paralysed? Hopefully we'll both get a new zest for life soon 😊

Yeah, I guess so @Blackbird11
I'm not sure what he will say. He has said I don't need to apologise for things, but this is different.
It's not like I was trying to be rude. He said something, and I said "Sure" like I was shrugging it off. It was in regards to me bullying myself and feeling angry about it. He said I must feel something if I'm being passives aggressive as an aggressive means being angry and I said I was angry at myself, not him.
