I mean me though @tyme
I'm annoying, or well I think I might annoy you.
You start later in the day though. So you can sleep in.

oh @creative_writer what you have is awful! At least I can manage day by day with my ailments - caused by car accidents and remedied with pain meds and corticosteroid injections plus physio but migraines, I feel for anyone who has migraines. They are just plain evil. I hope you have medication to help the inflammation go away. I'll send up extra prayers tonight for you too if that's okay. Let me know if you prefer me not to x
Take care of you and be kind to yourself

Oh yeah, I remember that. The lovely nurse's station and the one nurse that would go through my bag so much he would like in my wallet where others wouldn't. It was so funny. I didn't know you couldn't have dental floss. I had it in my handbag on the last night, and they wouldn't let me have it even though I had it the whole time.
I was lucky as i have a mac it its USB c to USB c so I could have a short one in my room. @Snowie

Oh course not @Birdofparadise8 lol.
I get up early to do things. I don't usually sleep in. I've got a very rigid routine and everything is scheduled back to back.
As much as I love sleep ins, I don't let myself do it much because I know how it will send my body out of whack. It's not good for MH.
Routine has been most helpful for my MH. My sister wants to go out on the public holiday, but I'd rather stay home.
btw, I haven't finished the studies yet. I was on a roll and completed 75% in 2 weeks, then went on holidays and never picked it back up... I think it'll have to wait until mid-year.

Okay, that's probably a longer story regarding being annoying.
Nice. I like getting up at a decent time as well. It's just so hard when my meds are so unpredictable with how long it will take for them to kick in.
Oh yeah, I wondered how you went with the course. @tyme

Hey @Birdofparadise8
Class was good, we covered a lot today, which means less to cover tomorrow evening.
I think being hungry before class is usual, I have dinner before now so I can concentrate.
